Bay Vue Methodist has two sister churches on the Bolivar Peninsula located in Port Bolivar and High Island. Our pastor serves in all three churches giving us a strong community presence for all of our beach communities on the Peninsula.

I (we) believe in God the Father almighty, creator of heaven and Earth.

I (we) believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.

He was conceived by the Holy Spirt and born of the Virgin Mary.

He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried.

He descended to the dead. On the third day he arose again.

He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

I (we) believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, and the life everlasting.

Worship

Global Methodist Church

Worship at Bay Vue begins at 9:00am and ends at 10:00am. Following that service, we have a lunch (10:15) provided in our fellowship hall. This works well for our visitors that need to get back and pack to head home from their weekend on the beach. The meal also provides an important time for fellowship.

We have a traditional service style with an open dress policy, beach ware, shorts etc. are the norm. Children are welcome to attend worship, or classroom. We also have a nursery for the infants if needed.

The first Sunday of each month is Holy Communion and all are welcome to participate.
